The Phoenix men's basketball team is kicking off the new year by hosting a round-robin exhibition tournament.

Taking place from January 3 to 4, 2026, the tournament will feature teams from Fleming, Niagara, Lambton and Thetford colleges.

Spectators are invited to come out and cheer on their hometown Phoenix, while catching some exciting games! Admission to all the games is free.

The tournament will take place at the Peterborough Sport and Wellness Centre with games scheduled for the following times:

January 3:

• Noon: Fleming vs Niagara
• 2:30 pm: Thetford vs Lambton
• 5 pm: Fleming vs Theford

January 4:

• 10 am: Lambton vs Niagara
• 12:30 pm: Fleming vs Lambton
• 3 pm: Thetford vs Niagara

All games will also be livestreamed on the Phoenix YouTube channel.

Coming to the game and looking for a little snack? We've got the perfect solution! The Phoenix men's basketball team will be selling Krispy Kreme donuts at the game for $15/dozen. Payments can be made on the Fleming College donation page - just choose Student Fundraiser - Men's Basketball Team under the options and you can pick up your donuts at the game. If you are a Fleming staff or student, you can also use your One Card to purchase the donuts.
